Been a long time since I last decided to hop my fingers onto the keyboard to organise and keep my thoughts updated within this little space.
Though May'13 was the last time I left my presence, the last update was on June'12.. it has been a year and a half since I wrote about my life.
Well, I tend to laugh when I read about what I previously posted. Either I felt myself being really young in managing my emotions, or ... hmm maybe just normal for the phases of a growing teenager.
Lol.
So where was I. Worrying whether I got in Citibank? Okay. The result was, I secured a position and it was one of the best experience I had. Though times like working from morning till the wee hours are quite prevalent in this sector of the banking industry, I still miss it. My colleagues were great, and yes, I really miss them. Somehow majority of us left Citi not long after... and some of us are still pursuing our studies. So now, we all have different lifestyles to cope. Hopefully we can gather real soooon.
As of 1st March I ended my internship, graduated on the 31st of March, and had been resting on and off while waiting for the a response from my institution. I then started schooling on 17th July after being accepted by the University. Been through lots and lots of shit, staying up just to burn and get stuff or what people call, 'knowledge' into my head. Started my finals on 22nd Oct and ended on 31st Oct after so much hard work.
I'll be receiving all my results by 28th of Nov... and you could see why I associated that with 29th Nov as it's just a day before my birthday. It will somehow affect my mood, guess that's normal. The timing is crazy hahaa I wish it could come like after my birthday but unfortunately it didn't.
Right now, I'm having my holidays from Nov till Jan. And yes, it's a long period. Speaks of why I've decided to work for some ad hoc jobs to save up some cash. The conference event I'd participated previously was a great one. As for my current job, not really... that ideal. 1st Dec will be the last day. Can't wait for it to arrive. I've to say, doing retail is not my forte much less standing for long hours to serve customers with that smile on my face.
No plans of what to do after that. I still think rest is important and a priority for me to counterbalance my hectic life. So perhaps I wouldn't go for anymore jobs unless it is reasonably manageable and won't get me too exhausted.
12th Jan-16th Jan will be me flying off to Thailand. Due to some arrangements, my schedule is not really well planned. I'll be missing my 1st visiting lecture on the 16th, and by the time I touch down at night, I've to hurry home to sleep as my 2nd vising lecture will be at 8.30am in the morning on the 17th of Jan.
I have no idea how am I gna survive that, sounds quite tight.
