You take seconds to consume and hours to burn.

Did a thorough spring cleaning for my dusty room yesterday.
Was so tired that I took a short nap in the late evening and really forced myself out of bed to jog as I was really getting out of shape recently.
It was like the first time I tried jogging around admiralty area since I shifted here.
Didn't really like the atmosphere at night. It was about half pass seven and people were all walking around the pathways and many of them were cycling their way through.
The nearby area was too crowded and it is located under the train tracks which made the breeze very stuffy. Obstructed me quite a bit and I failed to have a decent jog and I lost the desire to continue after half an hour.
It was later I accompanied mom to have her dinner. She is eating so little and I've been persuading her to have proper meals but my words always falls on deaf ears.

As for today, I needed to stay at home to do some stuff regarding my competition.
It has been such a hassle since I joined in. I'm always a failure at organizing things beforehand and having proper discipline so as to avoid doing work at the eleventh hour. Asked myself umpteen times, if there is a chance for me to plan my work in advance so that i'll have ample time to manage everything successfully, why choose to do at the last minute and bring myself through so much stress? Been trying hard to tell myself but yeah, didn't change much.

Well, the night is arriving again...
Shall pick mom up from her work place and head to vista to eat.
Maybe pop by ntuc to buy some vege and fruits later on.
I'll probably head down to seletar tomorrow for my own workout.
Staying at home really is unhealthy for people who are so prone to munching when they are bored. -just like me :(

I'll be busy for the next 3 days i guess. Meeting up with friends, catching movies, toning my body up and also accompanying aunt to the doctor.

That's all for now.
Adios!
